Hear The Beat What Type Of People Shall You Meet

Rap music wears a head band and arm band you bet,  
Rough house music carries a beer can or cigarette.
Country wears a cowboy hat or jeans and a beer in hand,
Classical music wears a suit and or well groomed in their stance.
Soul music wears down home clothes of the soul,
Spiritual music wears a smile and brings love home.


Rap music heard from the young looking tough,
Rough house music a place of fights they can't get enough.
Country music where booze and dance takes the scene,
Classical music are for those living their dream.
Soul music a place where the elders speak of the past,
Spiritual music brings faith that forever lasts.

The young child tell me what is it they hear,
through rap music teaching them to hate and show fear.
From the young who grows up with roughhouse music today,
they see parents drinking and fighting and tossing their young out along the way.
The young brought up on country music of love and loss,
depends on if there is alcohol and their parents are still boss .
The young on classical music are those who never knew need,
They were always taken care of but taught such greed .
The young raised on soul music and the hero's of their day,
feels the depth of love and how it got that way.
The young taught on spiritual music loves their fellow man,
only today they separate themselves from the needy all across the land.

Now the music today that God hears all the children play,
is not one of love and good deeds this I can say.
He hears it all and a tear falls from his eyes,
for today all music and the people is without the light.

For no music is complete if the soul doesn't pray,
The soul becomes lost and greedy and afraid.
The soul teaches their young how to become lost,
and the soul in time will pay the ultimate cost.

God searches for those whose hearts are true,
he notices those hearts and hands who reaches out love is what they do.
God hears the ones who touches the hearts of those fallen today,
and to him it is music to his ears those who knows how to pray.
