Memory in haze,
Smells out of place,
Silk touches skin.
Dilated by light,
Smeared from wear,
Normalcy washed away
Leaving shear windows.
Stilettos forgotten,
Pushed under bed,
Nimble flight takes a hold
Pushing reason into desire.
Reserved he was,
By someone other than me,
Boundaries left broken
With one touch of his
Coffee stained lips.
***
Flushed is my skin,
Recalling that day,
Tears masking the truth
When my sister glances.
Smiling as she kisses him;
Tainting the color:
Brown turns to black.

Such sadness I can relate to. This is beautifully tragic, it reminds me a lot of my life at the moment.
