In truth, I'm not sure what to say.
My heart and very soul were bound
Within those words you stole from me.
Atone!
I will admit that in a way
I'm complimented that you found
My poems worthy to be claimed
Your own.
But what advantage could there be
In stealing others poetry?
What pleasure can you find in praise
That others give to you, but mean for me?

Imitation is the highest form of flattery, but that must have been very annoying. Lets see them try to copy this one!
This was very well written, I especially liked the last paragraph. There is no accomplishment in stealing poetry, just proof that they know how to copy and paste.

In the first line of the last stanza the homonym piskie gotcha. I assume you mean there instead of there. To try to make all of you laugh who've been unfortunate enough to suffer the violation of being plagiarized please try to get a copy of some of Tom Lehrer's musical parodies: one of his lines, about shameless stealing of people's scientific discoveries is "Plagiarize plagiarise, let nothing evade your eyes!" I wish I could remember what song it's in it might give you a good laugh and laughter is healing. It's really a terribly wicked satire. I'm so sorry that you two had to go through this misfortune!

I found you when you entered my contest and I must say I’m so impressed with your work. People tell me that they are impressed with my work for my age so I can imagine how you feel; I’m almost ten years older than you. I will be honored if you allow me to list you as a favorite.
Concerning this poem:
I know exactly how you feel! Several of my poems were posted on another site and I felt violated. I had my attorney send her a bill for $5000 per poem thanking her for the purchase of my work and the poems were promptly removed. I’m sure the moderators will handle this for you on this site as it is an infringement that is punishable by being banned from the AllPoetry site. I am thinking of you as I don’t know this poet when I say I think you should remove her pen name from your notes. Naming other poets without their permission is also against AP rules.

I am so sorry about this!! I want you to know that I have been on her other site as well reading through all the pieces she has posted as her own but are marked as copyrighted by others!! I am just sickened by this and am doing what I can to help stop this!! I wish you the best and I hope you have turned her into the mods!!!
