He whispers sweet nothings into her ear
“Mi amor, you are my life,
My love,
My world”
She blushes at his words
She doubts,
She hopes,
She wants them to be true.
He tells her nothing but the truth
His eyes do not lie
His voice rings with love,
With hope,
With compassion.
Everything about his language screams
That he truly feels what he speaks
And she believes him….
