The clocks ticks by as thoughts
Of endless nights blur into the
Dull lifeless morning
Skies filled with the sun try to
Warm my chilled shell that walks
Solemnly on the cracked earth
Emptiness seems to win itself over
My life, a life that was known to be
Filled with such happiness
Every orifice filled with sorrow and
Hate as I look at myself in the
Sad, unforgiving mirror
No recognition of what stands before
Me, the whispers of people looking
Telling me I"m a hollow tragedy
Author notes
This is just how I feel right now because I am in love with a man that does not love me
Please tell me what you think

I love your deep words. Most all my poems seem to be really deep as well. I guess our name fits us perfect.

I'm so sorry!
If he doesn't love you, i say you could do much much better. This poem is really good espescially near the end! Well done.

This is a sad look at how rejection can taint a life, to the point that there seems to be no good at all. I can identify with this, having been there myself.

I can understand your situation as I have played a role in my lifetime in such a love story not to be. All I can do is wish you luck and maybe someday this individual will wake up and share the same love. If not, you're a very sexy and pretty lady that will land on her feet for there are many that love you having the chance to meet you. Miss you!

Oh, poor Kahy.
I think we've all been in this situation many times. I haven't talked to you in a long time as we both have seemed to have our disappearances from the site.. But hopefully you'll be okay soon. Dont let it tear you up.
About the poem itself though, I really liked it. It's very well written and has a great flow. Keep writing, I miss reading your work.
Blessed Be,
