sometimes
i'll just lay down on my bed
and dream with my eyes
wide open.

i'll look out the window
and watch the world pass by
just watching
the way we live life

seeing the stars every night
is like seeing the sun's
early light.

Sometimes i just stand there
and watch.
watch everything go by slow
trying to figure out
where to go.

Sometimes i turn back
to reality
and then i catch
your eyes wandering to me.

i hold your gaze
and then its like we're
not even moving
but somehow our body's
get closer and closer together.

when everything is wrong
i remember our song
and start dancing
to no music at all
and then i just let myself fall
into your arms.

Sometimes
when all the world is moving
we get to just
stand
still
and thats when i realize
