A Wolf's Mind

Let the howls echo across the lands.
We flea to a place where wolves may be free.
So many are lost along the way.
Will we ever reach a place that we can find happyness.
A place that wolves wont be hunted by hounds and humans alike?
perphaps we will never find such a place, but within our hearts and minds.
we have found that with each other we will survive even the harshest of winters.

Zeke was face to face with Jewel. it was snowing and they were in the wastelands. Zeke's fur was drenched in water as was JEwels. JEwel's gaze was agressive and wild, a look she only gets when she's inraged by humans. but this time Jewel's Gaze was directed directally at Zeke.  Jewel lundged at Zeke in his dream and took him by his throat and bit. Zeke unable to fight the wolf he loved so deeply laid there and allowed JEwel to bite and rip into him.  Zeke coughed and looked up to the snowy skies. he felt Jewel's hot breath on his throat once more. Zeke knew that Jewel would kill him. and he no longer cared he only wanted his love to be happy. Zeke then closed his eyes. and waited.
