It's hard to imagine my life without you now,
To try and go my everyday life,
Attempting to distract my wandering mind.
You first entered my life when I was 9,
Some say that's far too young,
But when my heart was broken,
They helped pick up the pieces.
What followed was more painful,
More terrifying, more terrible,
Than anything I could describe.
Yet, like with any pain,
Time is a healer,
It faded,
But the feeling lingered.
I had this utmost longing,
There was a gap to be filled,
Something was missing.
I went through relationships like running water,
A current flowing from one to the next,
Lingering at some, and rushing past others,
Waiting for something to make me stop.
A few entered my lives,
A few hearts were broken,
A few lessons were learnt.
Yet, here at 20 now,
I know the feeling well enough,
The way I smile, giggle, get nervous,
To know at least love is near.
Author notes
erm... its more about how much I love, love! Lol, but I didn't want to be too obvious or too clique with the whole, I love love! thing, so I tried to make it subtle.

I LOVVVVVVVVVE this!!
You put it into words fabulously.
I love the lines:
"I went through relationships like running water,
A current flowing from one to the next,
Lingering at some, and rushing past others,
Waiting for something to make me stop"
And who is this about missy?
xxxxx
