Lying in chains
wrapped around an angel
never knew how to show that emotion..
Seemingly calm
sputtering anger
beautiful hands, wiping away impossible tears..
Wishing wells and Tales
beginning with "Once upon a time.."
Crimson blood dripping from broken hearts
Jealousy, overwhelmingly divine
Secretly madly in love with him
Smiling
She'll vow not one tear will fall, and
she'll vow she won't be chained down..
hiding her slight sorrow from herself
and the world
As her best friend smiled
and told her
of his own love
