I am in pain

i hate to complain
but i am in pain
physical as well as emotional
i am waiting for help
i am screaming for help
but I am not heard
how much more can I endure?
i don't want pity
i want help
help me overcome this
it hurts way too much
I cannot sleep
I am short of breath
I cannot eat
the slightest movement is a Herculean effort.
Oh, PLEASE hear me
somebody...

    I wrote this while I was suffering an attack. apparantly, there was a storm moving in and my joints were KILLING me! I wanted to go take my pain pills, but they were in the bathroom, and I could NOT get up out of my chair no matter how I tried. I had to wait for the storm to actually hit before I could move again. I HATE arthritis!

    i can help u. no rly i can. i listen to ppl all the time. u can tlk. i wont reply cus i wont no wat to say just let it all out. im insane. u worry bead.

    reaching out my hand as well
    as renee stated, pain is a warning
    listen to it
    i don't know what is causing your pain
    but please do get help
    pick up the phone,
    call someone you trust to come and stay with you
    if that is not possible, call your doctor
    if you don't have a doctor, go to the er
    they may not be able to help immediately with the emotional pain
    but they can help with the physical
    don't suffer needlessly
    like the others who responded

    Pain is a way to let us know that something is out of kilter. You are not alone. In six months I have lost at least one loved one each month, this month so far two. My pain seems to absorb my entire being. I offer you this link, for I cried out for help last night and so many came to my rescue. You may want to read through the poems in my one hour contest.
