The waves of emotions within my soul,
Leaves my heart swaying to and fro,
Your voice a sensual soliloquy draped in my mind,
My heart in your hand is what you will find.
An eternal impression upon me you hold,
Within life's universe does it unfold?
The twilight star gapes through the coagulated ice,
As a crystal tear cascades down my cheek - twice,
Your hands supple upon the daintiness of my skin,
Release yourself to me, let me deep within,
I must confess I can never let you go,
Affectionately kiss my lips, but ever so slow.
I want to gaze into your twinkling eyes,
To witness the love for me you disguise,
I cannot hold back this passion I feel,
An eternal bond that we must seal.
Come forth and bless me with your timeless name,
For the future before us will never be the same,
Love is a sensation that can never be traced,
Our souls become one - intertwined and laced.
Upon the dusky sun our love so true,
I look intently into your soulful eyes and say - 'I do!'

I am a huge romantic - very sensual & passionate one at that; so I tried hard to stay away from the stronger sensual side, (smile). Hopefully this is within the guidlines.

well deserved gold, a beautifully flowing love story here, each word gave amazing tingles, a love like this so often never heard but this poem promises perfection and passion, a great rhyme also it was very smooth in an unusual large block of words

Oh I love all forms of romance so I personally don't mind the sensual side, passion is important after all. But yes this one had the guidelines which you followed beautifully, thank you. Not only that but I LOVE this piece, such strong tender romance, the beauty of love is very visible and able to be felt through this poem. Excellent entry and thank you for your creativity!
