You're that person I've always been lead to in temptation
With your confident swagger and half-smile
You draw me more and more near to you
I meet those piercing eyes but can't see inside
I want to know what the pain is that I see there
The story behind the blue
I crave being close to you
Yet, a temptation is only what you are
A danger that I dare not flirt with
One that can hurt me more than I know
Damn, those eyes...And I'm stuck again
"I can see you want it," you're trying to resist
Relax and let go. Then you'll see
How great if feels to be with me
And how it does, that devil in flesh
His arms are laced with heroine and I can't get enough
Each look, every touch, the way he says my name...Carries me away
Inhaling his seduction like a drowning swimmer struggling for air
But one wrong word, one back turned, and he's gone
I'm surrounded in a false world of security, and I know
But I just can't seem to let you go

Author notes
My name, RiskingRegret, is rather personal and I don't wish to share exactly what it is, but I think the poem explains pretty well.
