Sunlight reflects off ice and snow
The trees are beauty lined in rows,
In glowing branches caked in ice
I see the world of wintry white.
A sorrow blooms within, precise
A woe of soul, so rent--- my vice.
Sun rays so bathe my soul in light
I see the world of wintry white.
In mindful heed of birds in flight
A joy pervades my mood of night,
To fall away, as snow so bright
I see the world of wintry white.
Let me know How this makes you feel, what do you think?

I can definitely envision this, since it's all around me. Wonderful piece and very cold one! hehe.

Well, if it's about winter, then it's incomplete,
I do feel, sorry don't mind na, but I'm always so deeply attached.
hummz, otherwise it had something in it, but all are common thoughts, bring something new naa, there are hundreds of poems about winter,
but only some are remarkable, make your words remarkable
keep writing.
and please don't mind my words.

Good Work
Excellent meter and form, good imagery.
I feel as if I either want to hear more about this "vice" you speak of. It feels a bit out of place with the rest of the poem which is quite positive and light. I especially like "To fall away, as snow so bright".
Keep writing the good stuff!

There's that impressive form again I've come to admire so much. Icy ladened trees shimmer like glass in reading this fine piece. And the vision of them conveyed here set against the background of snow white is beautiful. Nice work Poet Sir.

I not only enjoyed this poem,
but could feel the 'world of wintry white'. You've painted the scene so beautifully, as well as the depth of thought and soul. You master 'mood' with soft flowing rhyme. Blessings to you. Frans
