Unselfish love in prayer of peace
relieving pain in his love.
Not ready to give up,
accepting whatever God's will may be.
So be it, in the Name of Jesus.
The heart monitor beep
keeping company with tears,
as the mind shuffles,
from memories to wishful thinking.
Clinging to hope....
A picture appears as if by prophecy,
removed from the surroundings.
Ascending angels taking flight,
rewards for a job well done.
Delivering names,
tucked within feathered wings,
of those made ready by salvation.
It is not for us to consider,
the timing of the call,
but rather, to answer the calling.
