I'll open my eyes once more,
maybe I'll finally see tomorrow;
built around her love.
Though I never do, I continue to weep.
Watching the garden die in my sorrow,
leaving my heart with nothing to live for.
Life closed it's eyes,
Made my world stop turning.
Now I die.
And I pray to the sea, and whisper
to the wind. Heartbroken in the middle
of winter's cold. I can't see the rainbow
anymore.
Life closed it's eyes,
Made my world stop turning.
Now I die.

Again such a sad heartbreaking piece...Am I wrong to assume that love has not been kind to you either in your young life? I certainly know how that is...Again I find this very expressive and descriptive, I definitely get the message you sent across...You are so talented in your writing, and no that is not just lip service, I really mean it...you definitely have something good going...I loved this stanza the best
"And I pray to the sea, and whisper
to the wind. Heartbroken in the middle
of winter's cold. I can't see the rainbow
anymore."
Beautifully written, very descriptive...
