The Present Moment is Bliss

The cool breeze,
                          breathes gently upon my face
The rain drops,
                          trickle onto my cheeks

With my mouth open wide,
                                            my eyes softly closed

Head raised to the heavens,
                           
                                    I am here,
                                                    in this present moment

Breathing with the wind,

                                        feeling light,
                                                                I am here
Trees gently nod their approvaL,
                                                      Stars dance in merriment
All the while in sync,
                                  As they should be
As am I

Its great not to be dwelling on the past, nor fearing the future, but to be in the present moment.

    the set up of this was very straining on my poor eyeds but i will say that the message was still heard and heard very well
