When did it begin?

I don't know when this started,
I don't know why, I don't how,
Somehow I lost my self control,
You stole my heart somehow,

Seems one day we were chatting..
..and You were the perfect friend,
Always there when I needed you,
Guess that's where it began,

I woke up one day..
..only one thing I could do,
I sat there  all damn day and thought,
Just thought all day about you,

I just cant explain it,
Even if I tried..
..and sometimes when I think of it
It makes me want to cry,

I dont want to fall in love with you..
..because I dont want to let go,
Each day it's getting so damn hard,
To turn around and say no,

I love the way you make me laugh,
When I dont even want to smile,
I love when I'm feeling down,
You'll chat just for a while,

I love how if I'm in a bad mood,
You can always change that fact,
You'll say something funny..
..and I'll just laugh at that,

You'll never know how I feel,
I'm so afraid to tell,
It would possibly kill the friendship..
..and shoot my life to hell,

I sometimes sit and wish,
I had the courage to tell,
Instead I'll sit and think..
..and put my emotions on the shelf,


We'll never be together,
of that I'm just to scared,
You're the only person,
that has seen my soul bared,

If I could just hold you,
and never let go,
sit throught the sun and the rain,
the blizzards in the snow,

I could write you poetry..
..or sing you special songs
I could be your special girl,
It would never be wrong,

If you ever read this,
Then you'll know just how I feel,
If I get the courage to tell you,
You'll see my emotions are real.
