The liability of responsibility
weighs heavy on shattered heart.
Hidden beneath false tranquility
kaleidoscope emotions torn apart.
Frozen, in shadowed conviction.
The winter of my forgotten soul.
The pieces of emotional deriliction
dead petals fall, into blackest hole.
Refractions of splintered thought
float on breezes of mental wind.
Toppled morals again are sought
the damage done I can’t rescind.

Wow, the rhyming is excellent. I love the way you wrote this, it actually touched me. The last stanza is my favorite part. Oh, and nice picture!

Fantastic use of the word bank! Flawless in rhyme and flow, and so beautifully sand. This was definately soulful, and I can relate to the feelings conveyed. Wonderful job!

As always, you do so much with words. Excellent rhyme and the best use of each. All that speaks of shattering and the visions through it.
