there was this soft music
I woke up listening to
looking from where it came
out of the window I took look
from where it played
I wish I knew
then suddenly realizing
it was no music
it's sort of a movement
listening again
oh it's the rain
the wind blowing
the tree leaves falling
moving with the wind
the yellow ones falling
one after one
producing
this lovely music
even when the tree
is struggling
and the wind blowing
the rain falling
there'll always be
that soft music
that we just need to
look deeply
and listen carefully
and that'll be
the music of the falling leaves
off the long standing tree
