No matter how many surround us, we're all alone.
All of us isolated, working away like drones.
We forge bonds, make many friends;
But are they ever there 'til the end?
We all have dark, inner fears we never share.
A group can be lonely, so can a pair.
Everyone feels a little lost, no matter who,
What defines us is how we act, what we do.
Wallow in the pity, or rise above it?
Claw your way up, or dig your own pit?
To me, giving up is harder than trying.
I'll fight 'til the end, all the way, 'til I die
