If this world dies,
Will anyone mourn?
Will anyone notice,
When this planet is gone?
The answer of course,
You all must say,
Is "Yes I will!
Where else would I stay?"
Well some will go to heaven,
And some will go to hell.
Before your time is up,
You will choose where you will dwell.
One perfect man died,
So we all could live,
Eternally in heaven.
What more could he give?
Jesus Christ,
The worlds salvation.
Going on two thousand years,
He lives across the nations.
But still people are skeptical.
Still people disbelieve,
The miracles he showed us.
His love they won't receive.
So the message of this poem,
Is don't pass God by.
Look with your heart,
And let your faith fly.

I agree with SilentHuntress...I see to many people going to church on Sunday and living their lives so badly the rest of the week. It's not just going to church...you have to beleive in God and be able to have faith in his ways.Money will not get you into Heaven. The path to Heaven is not made of green...it's made of gold. And the gold is His words. Just my opinion of course. I look forward to reading many more of your poems as you post.

That's a really beautiful poem. it's sad to think about what will happen when the world ends... now people all think that because they donate some money here and say a nice thing there they'll get into heaven, or that there won't be an end...

hmmm...truly not my cup of tea keep of write... But something about this is honestly captivating maybe it's because of all the truths you point and speak out about so many of us are faint to take notice in... What do you tell those who've been searching long and hard for their faith and have yet to find it? What about those who know what they believe, but suddenly disbelieve??? Just thought I'd give you something to think about. Honestly from my heart of all hearts it does touch me reading such writes especially when it seems everyone just lives their life wandering. This gives them a sense to think twice about everything and anything they do....Thanks for sharing this piece, truly thought provoking...Take care of yourself. Always ~Star
