Persistence

Under silent snow
Persistant buds lift skyward -
Cast off winter's shroud.

Author notes

Victoria of Aragon.
Option Four: Other Prompts - Springtime Haiku.

I really don't know. I saw the contest and thought I'd try to my hand at it. =P This, sadly, is the end result.

Like I always say, I'm not sure if I followed the prompt to a "t", but whatever. X3 It's still about spring, so yar'.

And as always, enjoy, my loves. ♥

  • No dear, you followed the prompt
And I really really like what you wrote. I'm so sick of winter, it sucks. This made me feel like spring was here now

Thannks for entering and good luck

    • I can only imagine how sucky winter must be for you right now. Not sure if I told you, but I was up in Great Lakes - an hour away from Chicago - a few months ago. Got up there at the ass end of winter and wanted to shoot my foot off so I wouldn't have to leave the house. e e; Lmao.

But, yesss. I'm glad you liked this.

Hahaha, you always surprise me with something new! It's a good thing.

UM...this was lovely. It's cute in a haiku-ish way. AND...I like everything you write, so yer'.

    • Hahah'. I've been trying to feed my Muse as much as possible these last few days. Mainly because I think my Poetry Muse and Novel Muse are, like, dating? So unless they're both happy, I won't be able to work on anything.

      ...yes, I'm a dork, I know.

Thank you for your kind words, love. ♥ It's always nice to know that someone out there's actually enjoying this mush. x3

LULZ. My poetry muse is a loner and my novel muse works almost all the time...LIKE...it works all the time for rp's, and then it works half the time by itself on my own work, and then it works with YOUR help along with others the other half. X333 It's weird.

        Hart chu. ♥
