and three letters on my wrist,
i took his.
he gave me a ring,
slowly placed it on my finger
and my finger down his throat
to taste my love.
and as it turns out,
in the end, i will leave him
with my last name.
he blindfolded me,
twirled me in circles
and in doing this,
i lost more than just my sense of direction.
