Melody

If I sit here,
will you notice?

Can you hear me?

Breathe me music,
loud enough to care...

If I wander,
will you follow?
Do you hear
my plea?

The melody of sorrow
tastes the salt, and
asks me for oasis.

Listen,
and tell me to live,
but show me how...

If I sing tears,
will you wipe it away?

Or will you watch me
helplessly,
like I did?

Ah yes, something I can somewhat relate to,
"Listen, and tell me to live, but show me how..."
