Passion flows where passion must,
Opening my heart to new possibilities,
A fresh feeling coursing through my blood,
The symptoms of passion are clear in me.
1/ I shake with the thought of you.
2/ Every fibre in my body longs for you.
3/ Your company, your word's, are the gospels of my life.
4/ Your happiness is the sole aim of my life.
Is it real? Can it be true?
The entire essence of logic says that I am just dreaming,
A lonely soul crying out for love,
And yet I have felt that before and do not feel it now,
This has gone on for so long and yet my fear still presides.
I could not lose you, your friendship, your trust,
I am honored to have known you,
Your every breath is a gift,
With a glance into your eyes,
The universe shifts.
I resign myself to your words of wisdom,
The voice of reason, so often I listen,
My devotion, my faith I feel must be true,
For the simple fact is...I Love You

Author notes
I completely lost myself in the writing of this one. The feelings expressed are real, but the fear of losing her is real too. I don't look for sympathy, I guess I'm just trying to express myself. This poem may not be a work of art but it is based on one so screw it. There's only so long you can tell yourself she's just a phase.
