    Hi Larry,

Good Haiku.... when it is that cold, a few sips of brandy is a good way to keep yourself warm in a tow truck. I can see the image very well.... Well done!
    Anna.

Oh, this is a thinking haiku. The chill of winter is there, the use of sense is very good. You wonder why and who, a good haiku indeed. Thank you so much!

Yep, glad you've put it out there for all to see Larry.
Strong moment here making the reader think - is there a wreck that has just been towed, where the driver had been drinking? - was the tow truck driver drinking and driving? - or is it just too cold to drive and he has settled down for a cold night in the cab with just a shot for company? -

A lingering haiku - just like the aroma

    Like it
