John Thaddeus

John Thaddeus was as maddeus
hell, he shouted, "Well
I'm up the spout with a shout, no clout,
no sound found, I doubt
I can raise a smile for a mile
or so,  must go for a run in the sun
to cheer with beer my sadness, badness;
gladness no more, I'm sore
that's sure to endure
I will not gloss my loss,
the baking, raking pain,
no you, no two,
no us."

    One of your more interesting pieces here. I think it's the SECOND fullstop which makes the piece particularly moving. I think I feel a clap coming on.

      Hee, hee!!! You've given me the miserable clap for an unstarted, unfinished, masterwork. But - a brilliantn observation neverthewhen.

      Some of you poetry critics! Don't you know a pair of beady eyes when you see them?
