Value of Man

His money is usually the first
yet always
in the forward march of hindsight
the least important factor
in the measurement of the value
of each man

Excellent title and thought. Value and cost and measuring...
What easy prey most of us are for appearances! A man may appear goodly on initial impressions, but will his conduct win and keep worthy friendships over a lifetime?

Never has truer words been pronounced. Especially in this day and age. Sad to think in our progression as humanity marching supposidly forward. Integrity gets misplaced in bestowing it's merit on money amassed instead of truely where it rightfully belongs.I thank you Sir for your entry and time and efforts in clarity.
