The West Virginia Board of Education Policy 2510 is connected to accountability in education for the State of West Virginia because it offers a way in which public school students have a system of guidelines the teacher must follow and an assessment to measure students progress and teachers are accountable for adhering to CSO’s and Policy 2520.1 for ELA as required by W. Va. 126CSR42 (Policy 2510).
