Lilith's Embrace


Tender misdeeds amongst forbidden apple seeds,
a writhing love warping in the garden of Eden;
woman unbound, an onlooker, the serpent leers
at the beauty of sweat dripping from innocence,
in downpayment for the lying God’s disgrace.

Comfort me with sleek thighs and violent sighs;
in eternal winter cold, embrace me with infertility,
clasped to the perfect curves of your illicit breast,
for ever and a day we can take solace with passion,
in defiance of banishment under misplaced morality.

Dance, unveiling perfect naked curves, an abomination
in violation of the conditioning of the mindless sheep,
who shackle their mothers to slavery and anguished guilt;
irony of man’s world, bowing, scraping to a motherless God,
ignorant, their life or death stands balanced on your icy whim.

Equality is your heresy, oh Lilith, a banishment of shame;
you could not stand equal to the malformed clay idiot,
who was a perfect physical and mental bastard of his maker;
did your successor, poor Eve, fair better? For from her comes sin,
God could never lay blame on man, as he would be blaming himself.

Entangle me in your arms, so I may stare into the eyes of truth,
though ancestor of clay, I have not the mind of a numbed halfwit
and I shall endure punishment to be considered your equal;
the mistake of free will was given to me and I will pay the price
to a hypocrite who created a fool based on a fool.

Note To Readers: Just because I have written from this point of view does not me that I do subscribe to it (nor does it mean I do not), let's just say I have my own views on the matter.

If, however, anyone want's to criticize this take, this viewpoint, then, feel free, as I said, it is not a viewpoint I necessarily hold, but I will not suffer anyone acting superior or acting the fool gladly. You don't like your own viewpoints or believes called into question, so, just remember, criticize, get offended, try and shout down this viewpoint until your heart's content, but be warned, I can easily do the same with your own viewpoint, in fact, I am just as likely able (and willing) to tear it to shreds, if you step over the line. Be sensible, be an adult, don't preach or don't start with me, because at the moment and for quite some time, I am no longer in the mood. Take that as fair warning.

Other than that, enjoy......or dont. Entirely up to you.
