Untitled rantings.

My mum once said she'd hunt them down
if anyone hurt her kids.
but when she seemed to know the man
she seemed to close her lids.

She'll never know how that hurt me,
She'll never know how i cried,
That day i thought she didn't care,
And i thought i should die.

she chose him instead of me,
selfish of me so it seems,
but it hurt so deep you can't see,
my old way, the knife, it gleams.

I know it was too late to preserve my life
but damn, she could have tried
she said she cared, she said she knew
you know what. She lied.

It's been so long i should be over it now
but this bitterness grows inside
of how she never cared about it
that day was the day i died.
