We, since being humans is in our nature, interact with others like us.
Not just in the sense that we are the same species--
i am pretty sure if we really found a true friend in an animal
it would be more worthy than a human;
animals don't talk back.
We leech on to those we admire,
those we hope to be.
we confide in every piece of advice
in hopes of thriving and becoming like them.
They talk down to us
like we are the inferior,
the bottom of the food chain.
Every one has been through this phase.
It is not a favorite past time of mine.
Now, i see people for what they really are.
I observe the way they walk, speak, interact with the world.
It is all so fake.
They walk with a purpose though they haven't even figured what that is.
The look in their eyes gives that away.
They speak as if what their about to say is crucial to the survival of the universe.
But i know they are just talking to hear their own voice.
They talk down to people, they talk up to people...
Why can't they talk like equals to others?
i guess they are too special for leveling the playing field.
Humans live off of other people's pain--
Only the ones who feel like dying from their own.
Humans thrive off stepping on others to get to the top--
Only the ones that fear their own extinction.
Humans swim in thier own cesspool of self despair and loss--
Their is no rhyme or reason to us.
We cling mindlessly to a way of life that makes no sense at all, thus religion is born.
We are just of our own.
Not justified. Not sanctified.
And as much as we'd like to think, we are anything but independent of eachother.
