I still think of you,
In the early mornings when I awake,
When I see a boy about your age in the coffee house.
I still think of you,
In the darkness of the night when reality makes its way to my room.
I see your eyes in my dreams,
Your laughter echoing in my hollow heart.
I think of you every second and every moment that I live,
And I hope as you learn and grow and enjoy your youth and innocence,
That you will someday think of me.
Please tell me what you think

Y'know what, I 'm not familiar with your work here, so I can't say if it's your best or not, but I do enjoy this piece. I particularly like the way the structure leads to the ending. Some nice lines too... I like "reality makes its way to my room". The ending is really the strong part though... I like it, even if it is just a scrawled rambling for you.

Good thoughts! A very nice piece showing the yearning for a special person. Showing that the little time with them made a large impact.

This is a stirring piece. The reptition echoes in my mind and I like how it turns with the last line.
There is a lot of passion in this and I like the description too. It's not generic like some "lost love" poems.
I hope so too. It's so sad to be forgotten. It's such a strange feeling. I think you've really captured it in this.
