Carry On

What next?
Says the uninspired mind...
In a world so full of rainbows and reflections,
attentive dreamers and defeated warriors
so intent on draining conviction.
How could one not find a worthy line?
Whether it whistles winsomely with wind,
or marches as monotonously as modern music.
If one can look; inspiration will be found
to scribe animated versions of every day living.
The beauty of this world
in which we take so much for granted.
Within those pages we shall find...
The will to carry on.

I'm finally thrilled to have come back to read a happy poem for once. This was beautiful, and after a hell of a week...I found the simple inspiration that I have been missing for so long. I would applaud you, but I don't have any points. =P

I love this. I love illiteration, and I love questioning, whether it ends with an answer or not. This made me think, and I appreciate that in poem.
