Arriving at Truth

As human puppets,
We are taught to yearn for truth,
Then why is it when confronted,
We run,
Hide,
Fight,
I have seen truth,
The glorious brilliance,
Loving all encompassing,
The light which makes blind see,
Deaf hear,
Dead live,
In this magnificence I am afraid,
Why?
Simple,
Something so pure,
So honest,
Flies in the face of the past,
I will never give up,
I feel the happiness,
Love,
Joy,
All which she has shown me,
Perhaps the fear that is felt,
Is not that its true.

Please tell me what you think

    Interesting.

found a possible grammer mistake in the last line. "is not that its true" doesn't make much sense as it exists. Truth is rarely, if ever, beautiful, let alone anything like you describe.
