In death,
Is the most honest place you can be.
Because nothing matters
Except what's happening around you,
Though sometimes everything can mean nothing.
And nothing can mean everything
If you feel abandoned in heart and mind.
Because you'd commit anything
For a chance at affection
Even without knowing what's real.
If seeing is believing,
Then you believe in nothing.
Because you're life has taught you
A lie's a lie, a truth's the truth.
It's a shame you never learnt to tell the difference.
