Every night I close my eyes
as I lay to sleep.
A journey I must now begin
into a world so deep.
I wander through clouds
fluffy and full
Every color stands out
not a one is dull.
The stars shimmer
shiny and bright
I love the look of things
during the night.
I hold onto a hand
whose I do not know
I'm unsure where I am
nor where I must go.
Tis time to start anew
I hear a voice say.
I open my eyes
to face a brand new day.
