looking through blinds

looking through blinds,
back at my life.
where the snow falls
out side it's white.

looking through the mail slot,
back on my love.
there is no one there
only angles above.

looking through the bangs on my face,
back at my soul.
where a million lives have lived
they all lack a goal.

looking through my tears,
back to what i've lost.
there once was a heart
living was its cost.

Author notes

i just have been looking into myself.

don't we all look at every thing as a hole poem?

I plan to revise this poem: please leave constructive criticism!

it is always a very painful thing(at least for me and all my imperfections)to have to take a real good look at yourself and decide if you like what you see...we are often the harshest critics of ourselves!!bravo for having the ugts in the first place!!!

It is always good to take a second glance at yourself. A lot of times at the end of bad situations, you come to realize that the only person you have left to turn to is yourself. It's always good to get to know that person.
