Feeling Confused

And I have a chance
A chance to get over you
You want me to
I want to
But I don't want to hurt him in the process
To use him
He's a good friend of mine
He doesn't deserve this

I can't figure out if I like him
Or if I want to like him...
But I want to stop liking you

I have a chance
If I fuck it up
I know you'll be angry at me
Because I'm hurting you by hurting me
I'm torturing myself
And I have a way out
But to take it
And hurt someone else
Isn't the right thing to do

Maybe I like him
Maybe I want to like him
Maybe I just want to not like you
How do I figure this out?

    Ahh I can completely relate to this! It's definitely true. I suffer from confusion on how I feel about various people a lot of the time. Good write, true to the heart.

    It's hard... to be so caught up in how you feel about someone that you just don't know which way the right way up is.

    The best way is to spend time with the other person, and see how they make you feel. Don't make any commitments to them until you know how you feel. But allow yourself to open up to them and if you feel good when you're with them, chances are that's real
