The sun came up that day,
But it didn't feel the same,
I suffer the pain you feel,
In a way i cannot explain.
Is it possible to feel so much,
For one you barely know?
To skip a beat with a touch,
And pray for the friendship to grow.
Thoughts crashing like waves,
Inside a mind full of fury,
Yet one thought settles them all,
This is beyond the physical surely.
I wait in anticipation for you,
Yet deep down all i want is your joy,
So now i sit and meditate,
Thinking of only one special guy.

Don't really know what to say about this poem i sat and started writing and this came out.

This is written so beautifully. Great job. Thanks much for sharing. I really loved the first two stanzas especially. I loved the imagery, metaphors and how they all came together to beautify this poem.
