Growing up,
a broken home;
alone,
you craved more.
Out on your own,
you found solace
in a broken marriage;
just too early.
Kids growing up
with undeserved regret
from deep inside
where you should embrace them.
You fall further
in the honky-tonks
that bring you peace
of mind.
You found him there,
your savior,
after bitter divorce.
He promised you everything-
all you had to do
was sign away your rights,
your life.
He didn't want to deal
with kids.
Aren't you proud
of how far you've come?
Marrying to end loneliness,
content with the fact
that your kids go to sleep
every night,
knowing their mother
doesn't want to be.
You really have come
a long way,
just in the wrong direction.

This is really really sad.
What a sad life for the children who feel as though they aren't enough to make her want to be more.
Thank you for entering and good luck in my contest

Yep. She really has no backbone. But I've learned to just ignore her for the most part. Thanks.
