Joy Times Three (EDIT)

It's the way  mud squishes between their toes
and the giggles followed by more squishing.


It's three clean bodies scrambling for jammies
imprinted with Dora, Cinderella, and monster trucks.


It's being so blessed to not have forgotten
these simple pleasures bring joy overflowing.


And, It's being called Gramma.

    I love the sense of joy these words bring, and the visuals. There is rip-roaring, fun feeling that envelopes after reading these carefree words. I love the actions of this trio, and see them vividly at play. Children are indeed a "joy". They affect every fiber of our lives, and remind us that all is not as serious as it may appear to be.

    Beautiful work! I do wish you would edit this work and scale it down to the required 50 words or less Rule. There are 79 words written here!

    Indeed, Three Times Joy!

    Well, my darling Sis, I hope you noticed I screwed up your A/P Url on the TSaS broadcast! I will make it a point to correct the error.

    As is usual to your beautiful style, this poem is not only beautiful and full of fun imagery, you remind us all of the joys found in our grandchildren! Now this should take the GOLD. If it doesn't, then I would have to question the host's sensibilities!
