So tell me can there be beauty
when one forgets to breath?
Through the ashes of the lost
grows the newborn of nature.
Could there possibly be beauty
in the tear that crashes down?
A symphony of liquid cascading
down, and off the flushed cheek.
Perhaps the beauty is the red
placed gently beside the heart?
the thorns provide strength for you
while the red brings balance and love.
The beauty may be the one life
that has chosen not to breathe.
They've seen the blue oceans,
the colors, and the glow of all faces.
The beauty may be watching over all
who gathered in black for the still.
Gathered black with others they don't know
but feel the same wings above their hearts.
So I tell you, please do not give up now
for this hardship will show lost hope.
However, with lost hope in our lives
there's always beauty in pushing on.

Meeting in time will be mine. <3

Death is a sad thing. However, there is beauty in it. It just depends on how you look at it. If your confused about any part of the poem and what it stands for, then ask. I will tell you.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying death isn't sad. I'm not saying it's all beautiful. I'm just saying there is some beauty.

i thought this was beautifully written. I liked the detail of it. How it showed beauty in one small thing. It was really interesting to me.As sometimes i also feel that sorrow can be beautiful. It can after all make us who we are, and i think each individual self in its own way is also beautiful.
I think the word choice could've been a little better, but i enjoyed reading it. Thank you for writing it.
