Born from a woman's womb who's not to care,
this child has been a bastard from the start.
Intoxicating chemicals sooth the rugged heart;
with less than half a soul than the others.
Increasing realities bite into the brain,
leaving little but isolation to comfort the wounds.
Salt laced tears leak from the seams of her mam-made mask,
making it anything but easy to hide her desperation.
Lacking biological blood as family,
she feels undeserving of breath.
Without truth nor forgiveness,
she strays blindly with destruction as her guide.
In years to come she loses sight of the cause,
and relishes in the effect of her adoption.
Life become's but a task she feels obligated to complete.
At time's, her chaos unravels leaving the petty obligation behind.
Lost within her own guilt and shame,
she feels unworthy of anything but death.
Born from a woman's womb who's not here nor there,
this child has been a bastard from the start.
Salt laced tears stream correspondingly with her crimson regrets,
life seems but a mistake she must make right.

this is full of great lines.i don't know if it's auto biographical or not but it's such a moving theme.the reader really feels for this person full of guilt through no real fault of their own.life becomes but a task....her chaos unravelling..these are great lines
