Errant in the graveyard fast,
and you expect so much from me -
What is it that you see inwardly?
Such concocted tales you weave,
and I did believe them;
in your eyes I saw naught
but fallacy,
yet I kept your reason.
Fancy clothes and shiny things,
is all you bring
to the table,
and I'm through with you.
and you expect so much from me -
What is it that you see inwardly?
Such concocted tales you weave,
and I did believe them;
in your eyes I saw naught
but fallacy,
yet I kept your reason.
Fancy clothes and shiny things,
is all you bring
to the table,
and I'm through with you.
Author notes
So I kept it within the word limits... I had no idea what you meant by 35 so I just assumed that was the time limit to write it in. Link is http://allpoetry.com/contest/2433607

I like your take on the prompt. very interesting. yes 35 minutes is what the time limit was. and just to let you know.. you are over the word count by 3.. I always double check.. and one more thing I asked for the link to be placed in your AN. as well
good luck

yes I'm sorry its your Author's Notes.. I forget sometimes.. and yes you have time to edit..

Okay, am I allowed to edit it? I ran it through my own word count and it said it was correct, but maybe my computer is just screwy.
Also, I haven't been on here in a long time, what do you mean by AN? -
-
Authors notes... if you ever have any questions about anything just ask me.. Welcome to AP
