So many rocky hills to climb,
I thought forever I would never find
Your love so true, Your heart so pure,
I wanted so bad to feel secure.
I found it that day when I fell
from my life and into Hell.
I thought I'd been there once before,
and that's when you found me on the floor.
I felt Your hug, Your tight embrace,
and now I'm filled with Your great grace.
I thank you God, for finding me,
for it was I who'd always flee.
I don't know why, I don't know how,
but You had stayed, You'd made a vow.
I thank you God, my greatest friend,
for my hardest journey has now end.
