Wanting my tears to be heard by you

is all that I wish
but in the end they are muffled
by the pillow that covers my face
I scream bloody murder
cause my heart can not keep silent any longer
but no sounds are heard
thanks to the pillow
that I've berried my head into
god why can't he be mine?
why doesn't he love me?!
I scream repeatedly
but no answers are whispered
not even screamed back at me
I rise from my screams
with tears streaming down
like waterfalls
only not so pretty
my red eyes search the room...not finding you
until my eyes catch something
a glimmer of hope
I stand and race for it
but it still to this day remains out of reach
love...and the happiness two people should share
