It was a flood, in my mind and out
I whispered them in complete silence
Hoping you would hear me
Those three words
Weren't enough to keep you here
You walked out the door anyway
Just packed your bags and left
And seeing you today
Made me remember everything
So the first thing I said to you was,
"Remember that day it rained?"
That was the day I said, "I love you."
