In the warm August sun content
Dressed as mother nature meant
A fine young man a-sleeping lay
Beside the lily pond so gay.
Passing by a maiden fair
Tresses long and beauty rare
A visit to the pond she sought
Until her eyes the man they caught.
Curious be this merry maid
She desired to view that which is laid
Stealthily through the grass she stepped
And moved towards the one that slept.
Her eyes they gazed in merriment
Upon the man who lay content
A handsome face ‘neath golden mane
Sun bronzed skin held muscled frame.
A kiss upon his lips bestowed
Her heart it raced her colour rose
Lustful thoughts began to rise
Her gaze beheld his manly size.
This manly part from slumber stirred
The rest appeared to be interred
Fair maid her skirts she lifted high
And upon this central limb did lie.
Orgasmic heights of total bliss
Manly charm gave one last twitch
Fair maid arose from pleasures seat
Retuning home in swift retreat.
Beside the lily-pond he lay
Serenely gazing heavens way
Wishing forever of days as these
When maidens fair do as they please!
Author notes
This is another 'oldie', the last time I put this one on AP, it got a right slating from a couple of "poets" (I use that term very very loosely indeed!) needless to say I paid them a visit and left them some "words" on their work. The reason they made me angry was, I thought this one of my better works!! so what does that make the others!!!!!!! WASP.

A lily pond, a beautiul place for inspiration and yet so complex with such deep cradled within. A smile creeped onto my face whilst reading this, along with many other emotions. Nice write so,
Well done! *clap*
Good luck!
