do you not understand
what you have done
abandoning me
only to laugh
denying that it's to me
joyousness demolished
with just your
confined anger
let lose from
your heart and soul
aimed at the one
close to you
even in laughter
the heart is sad
and the end of joy is grief
is this what we've become?
Did you not plot this,
all from the start?
A part of me wishes
to know it all
only to feel loneliness
setting in and the other
side of me couldn't care
any less if I knew it all or not
